Founding partner terms
Version 1, 21 Oct 2026
Founding partner terms
These terms apply between [Your Company Ltd], registered in England and Wales, company number [number], of [address] ("we"), and the business named on the order form ("you").
1. What we sell
1.1 We run consumer and business quiz websites. When a visitor asks to be contacted by a named firm, we send that enquiry (a "lead") to that firm.
1.2 Products are listed on the order form: exclusive leads, booked appointments, or a monthly territory retainer.
1.3 We do not advise visitors, sell your services, or speak for you. We pass on what the visitor told us.
2. Payment
2.1 You pay in advance. The order form shows the amount. We start ads for your territory after your payment clears.
2.2 Each lead or appointment is taken from your balance when we deliver it, at the price on the order form.
2.3 Founding partner prices are 20% below our list price. They apply to your pilot and to every top-up in the first 90 days after your first payment clears. After 90 days, top-ups are at list price.
2.4 We tell you when your balance can pay for 3 more leads or fewer. Delivery stops when the balance reaches zero.
2.5 UK prices exclude VAT. US prices are in US dollars.
2.6 We invoice in arrears only after you have topped up 3 times, and only if you ask.
3. No contract term
3.1 There is no minimum term. You can pause or stop with 7 days notice by email.
3.2 When you stop, we refund your unused balance within 14 days, less leads and appointments delivered before the notice ends.
3.3 You can pause delivery for a week or more, for example when your diary is full. Your territory stays locked while you hold a balance.
4. Territory and exclusivity
4.1 Your territory is the list of postcode districts (UK), or ZIP areas, counties or metros (US), on the order form.
4.2 Each lead goes to one buyer only. We do not sell, share or pass a lead from your territory to anyone else while you hold a balance.
4.3 Exclusivity bond. If we sell a lead from your locked territory to another buyer, we refund your whole balance.
4.4 The territory lock lasts 90 days from the day your first payment clears. It renews for 90 days each time you top up.
4.5 We take at most 3 founding partners per vertical in each postcode area (UK) or metro or region (US). Each holds different territory units.
4.6 A visitor whose postcode or ZIP is outside every locked territory is not sent to you, unless you agree in writing to take that area.
5. What a valid lead is
A valid lead is a person who:
- asked for contact and gave consent that names your firm;
- lives, or has the property or premises, in your territory;
- meets the criteria on the order form for that product (for example "owns the home"); and
- gave a working phone number.
Each lead shows the visitor's quiz answers, the time of submission and the consent text they saw. For US leads, we keep a TrustedForm certificate for each lead and give you its link.
6. Replacement of invalid leads
6.1 Report an invalid lead within 7 days of delivery, by email or in the buyer portal, with the reason.
6.2 We replace the lead (or return the credit to your balance) if:
- the phone number is wrong or disconnected;
- the name is fake;
- it duplicates a lead we sent you in the last 30 days;
- the person is under 18;
- the address is outside your territory;
- the person did not meet a criterion on the order form (for example, the person does not own the home); or
- the person denies making the request.
6.3 "No answer" counts as invalid only after you log 6 call attempts over 72 hours and give us the call log.
6.4 We do not replace a lead because the person changed their mind, chose another firm, was comparing prices, or did not buy.
6.5 We decide within 2 working days and tell you the reason.
6.6 Replacements come from the same territory and product. If we cannot replace a lead within 30 days, we return its price to your balance.
7. Appointments
7.1 An appointment counts as a "show" when the person attends in person or on a video call for at least 10 minutes.
7.2 Report a no-show within 48 hours. The credit returns to your balance. If the person rebooks and attends, we charge once.
7.3 You must offer the slot you agreed with us. A cancellation by you is not a no-show.
8. Delivery
8.1 We send each lead by email and SMS as soon as the visitor submits, and to your CRM by webhook if you ask.
8.2 You agree to call each lead within one working day. The visitor sees a message that your firm will call.
8.3 You agree to stop calling a person who asks you to stop.
9. Our ads and pages
9.1 Any page or advert that names your firm goes live only after you approve it in writing.
9.2 We spend your balance on ads for your territory, lead checks and replacements.
9.3 We do not promise a number of leads per week or month. Our sites are new and have no lead history.
9.4 If, after half of your pilot's ad spend, the cost to produce a lead is above 70% of your pilot price, we pause and agree a new price with you before we spend more.
10. Data protection
10.1 Each party is a separate controller of lead data under UK GDPR (and the laws that apply in the US).
10.2 You use a lead only to contact that person about the service they asked for. You do not sell, share or resell it.
10.3 You honour any request to stop contact or delete data, and tell us within 7 days so we can do the same.
10.4 Health data (dental and home care leads) reaches you only when the visitor ticked the separate health data consent. You keep it secure and use it only for that enquiry.
10.5 US: you follow the TCPA, state telemarketing laws and the do-not-call rules when you contact a lead. The consent covers calls from your firm only.
11. Rules for regulated sectors
11.1 Equity release: the introducer appointed representative agreement with the principal firm overrides these terms where they differ. The principal approves every financial promotion before it runs.
11.2 Dental: the practice approves every page and advert before launch. The pages carry no before-and-after photos, testimonials, finance figures or outcome claims.
11.3 Home care: we are an introducer. We do not provide, arrange or direct care.
12. Liability
12.1 Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
12.2 Neither party is liable for lost profit or lost jobs.
12.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
13. Changes and law
13.1 We can change list prices with 30 days notice. Founding partner prices do not change during their 90 days.
13.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales decide disputes.
13.3 If a term is invalid, the rest stay in force.
